How can we create a church culture where intergenerational relationships, worship, faith formation, and 
ministry can thrive? Imagine Together 2026 is excited to have Meredith Anne Miller join us as our keynote presenter, sharing on "A Church for All Ages." Meredith is a pastor, writer, and parent with 25 years of children's and family ministry experience and many years of experience with the Fuller Youth Institute which studies faith formation in young people. Meredith will join us from California, where she is co-pastor of Pomona Valley Church.2026 Schedule:

Note: Meredith Anne Miller’s breakout session will only take place in the first time slot. All other breakout sessions take place in both time slots. All breakout sessions are open to anyone, but session descriptions include suggestions for who may especially be interested in the session.
1. “A Church for All Ages”: Meredith Anne Miller, Co-Pastor, Pomona Valley Church
An open Q&A session with Meredith following her keynote presentation.
2. “I’m worship leading next Sunday—what do I do!?”: Michael Pahl, Executive Minister, Mennonite Church Manitoba
Michael will give an introduction to leading a worship service, offer some guidance around common questions, and share resources for worship leaders. Especially for worship committees, new worship leaders, or those wanting a refresher.
3. “Interactive Worship: Seeing God’s New Thing Through Creation & Congregational Imagination”: Dieter Schonwetter, Fort Garry Mennonite Fellowship
Dieter will share an interactive worship experience that uses visual art and communal discernment to help your church notice—and join—the new things God is already doing in your community. Especially for worship committees, mission/outreach committees, and pastors.
4. “Unleashing Youth to Lead Worship”: Ellis Hamm, Associate Pastor, Hope Mennonite Church, and Kennedy Froese, Associate Pastor, Sterling Mennonite Fellowship
Ellis and Kennedy will lead a conversation about how to encourage and equip young people in your congregation to create worship experiences, lead the service, and take ownership over the communal project of worship. Especially for worship committees, youth leaders, and pastors.
5. “Supporting the Pastoral Vocation”: Jeff Friesen, Director of Leadership Ministries, Mennonite Church Manitoba
Jeff will provide a summary of the October 5 event provided by Al Rempel, helping congregational leaders to do pastoral evaluations and oversight well. Especially for pastor-congregation relations or personnel committees, congregational chairs, and church council members.
6. “Using Natural Church Development to Grow your Congregational Health”: Mark Tiessen-Dyck, Lead Pastor, Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church
Mark will introduce Natural Church Development (and other congregational health resources) and share about his church’s journey utilizing NCD to assess its health and become healthier. Especially for pastors, deacons/care committees, congregational chairs, and church council members.
7. “Radical Hospitality across Diversity”: Melanie Neufeld, Director of Mission Engagement, Mennonite Church Manitoba
Melanie will facilitate a panel of MCM presenters reflecting on what radical hospitality looks like in their context, where barriers to hospitality are exposed and an expansive sense of God’s welcome is embraced as we seek to bring God’s justice and healing in our world. Especially for mission/outreach committees and pastors.
8. “Connecting with Creation”: Carla Bergen, Springstein Mennonite Church, MCM Climate Action Working Group
Carla will explore practical ways your congregation can connect with nature, encouraging an understanding of ourselves as part of the natural world. Especially for mission/outreach committees, Christian education committees, creation care teams, and pastors.
9. “Decolonizing Church for All Ages”: Jonathan Neufeld, Indigenous Relations Coordinator, Mennonite Church Canada
Jonathan will explore resources (songs, stories, and activities) designed to educate kids about dismantling the doctrine of discovery. Especially for mission/outreach committees, Christian education committees, children’s/youth leaders, and pastors.
Imagine Together is an annual online resourcing opportunity for MCM pastors, lay leaders, worship committees, Christian education committees, congregational care teams, and more, to inspire and equip us as we serve in our churches.
